- My approach: Holistic and Personalized. I believe that health and wellness, both physical and mental, are a whole body experience and not a singular problem to be addressed. I use a multi-modal approach to treatment, incorporating alternative therapies, injections, nutritional counseling and weight loss, medication management and lifestyle modification. I am a firm believer that food is medicine and that our bodies have a remarkable capacity to heal themselves when given the right environment, nourishment, and interventions as necessary.
