Tatiana Khochay, APRN, CRNA, NSPM-C
- Nurse Anesthetist since 2012, Pain Fellowship trained and Certified in Advanced Non-Surgical Pain Management (NSPM) through Texas Christian University.
- Specially trained in various interventional modalities and functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), active member of SSRP and utilizing Seeds peptide protocols to optimize cellular function and healing.
- My story: Born in the Ukraine, my parents fled the former USSR as Christian refugees in 1989 when I was 7 years old. By God’s grace I have called the Treasure Valley home since 1999, am a wife and mother to 2 precious children, and love serving my patients. My personal philosophy is that of a growth mindset, and I constantly strive to learn new techniques and approaches to provide the most up-to-date and best care for my patients. This pain clinic is an extension of my desire to provide a service to my community that addresses all aspects of pain and helps improve each person’s quality of life.
Anna Martsenyuk, APRN, CNS-C
I’m an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the Treasure Valley, specializing in hormone optimization, weight management, and comprehensive pain care. At Treasure Valley Pain Center, I help both men and women restore balance and improve quality of life through personalized treatment plans—including hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, sustainable weight loss strategies, and integrative pain management.
My philosophy is holistic and rooted in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms. I combine evidence-based medicine with regenerative therapies like peptides and PRP, targeted injections, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle interventions to help patients reduce suffering, regain function, and experience long-term wellness.
I have extensive experience with complex and chronic conditions some of which include fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, migraines, spine-related conditions and many others. My goal is always to understand the underlying cause and guide my patients toward lasting improvement.
Born in Ukraine and raised in the U.S., I’ve called Idaho home since 1999. My husband and I are raising our family here, and I feel deeply connected to the Treasure Valley community. Guided by my faith, I approach each patient relationship with compassion, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility. It’s an honor to walk alongside my patients as they reclaim their health, purpose, and joy in life.
